A WORD FROM THE BISHOP

I have come to believe with my whole heart, there are no more, professional, anointed, appointed, sanctified, spiritual qualified, & called of God than those chosen by God. Serving in these last days' sent by God, they are to lead, train & edify His people in the 21st century. I know with out a shadow of doubt they are Spirit led. With a deep hunger we seek out ways to develop and enhance Leadership Skills, Abilities & Knowledge of the word so you can do the same for upcoming leaders. If this is a description of you, let me encourage you to continue reading. Allow me to say, as Bishop it is a privilege and honor to serve you. It is such a joy to minister to and participate in the growth and development of the leaders in the body of Christ. It is overwhelming to have this opportunity to glorify God by utilizing my God given gifts, talents, ability and experience.  Let me also say that upon completion of this training, your Biblical understanding and your leadership skills, abilities and knowledge will be enhanced a hundred fold. Godly restoration will have taken place in your life. Your relationship with God will be strengthened. Your view of church member life, gifts, talents, ministries and responsibilities will be understood better and valued and appreciated more. In addition, your confidence, trust, spiritual insights and faith will increase to a new level in Christ Jesus. Thank you for your earnest consideration of us as you seek to build the kingdom of God within you. Let me encourage you, no matter what.... KEEP SEEKING and you will find.

Purpose

GOD's purposes for establishing this Association is as follows:
• To prepare the bride of Christ{the body of His believers} through God sent leadership.

• To revive, restore & regenerate dead, lukewarm, or stagnated and burnout leaders.

• To establish, train, perfect, equip & mentor future spiritual leaders so they can effectively minister the word of God. (From discipleship to leadership to co-labors in the gospel)

• To provide the church with high quality spiritual leaders ready & prepared to train the body of believers.

• To help train both leaders & potential leaders to overcome abusive experiences & walk successfully in marriage, leadership, forgiveness and God's peace. Back to the top  

Mission Statement
1. } The purpose of the Ministerial Association and it's correspondence course along with it's end result for the spiritual leader, is a life changing & righteousness producing effect, causing leadership characteristics to be enhanced. These courses will challenge the leaders spiritual knowledge, beliefs, tools, skills and self awareness, it will also fine tune & strengthen the leaders covenant relationship with God, self and others.
2. } The Ministerial Association is designed so that once a leader has been trained, {prepared and equipped in spiritual leadership } having completed the course, they can return to their organization or go forth, whichever God directs. They can then utilize the skills & knowledge acquired to train others. Back to the top
